360 Mizik provides music education, private lessons, summer camps, workshops, live performances, event ticketing, venue rentals, artist booking services, gift cards, and other music-related programs. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Lesson Registration & Scheduling

Private lessons and educational programs are scheduled through our online booking system. All appointments are subject to instructor availability.

Students are responsible for selecting the appropriate lesson type and providing accurate registration information. 360 Mizik reserves the right to reschedule or reassign instructors when necessary.

4. Payments

Payment for applicable services is required as outlined during the booking or checkout process.

All online payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. 360 Mizik does not store complete payment card information.

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Students and customers should provide advance notice whenever possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, class, event, or rental.

Refunds, credits, or rescheduled appointments are handled according to the specific cancellation policy applicable to the purchased service.

6. Live Events & Ticket Sales

Tickets purchased through 360 Mizik are valid only for the event specified.

Event dates, performers, schedules, and locations may change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

Unless otherwise stated, ticket purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or if an event is canceled by 360 Mizik.

7. Summer Camps & Educational Programs

Registration for camps and educational programs may require additional participant information, emergency contacts, and signed acknowledgments from parents or legal guardians.

Program schedules, instructors, activities, and curriculum may change as necessary.

8. Venue Rentals

Venue rentals are subject to availability and additional rental agreements.

Renters are responsible for complying with all facility rules, local laws, and any terms outlined within their rental agreement.

360 Mizik reserves the right to deny or cancel venue reservations that violate applicable policies.

9. Artist Booking Requests

Submitting an artist booking request does not guarantee a performance opportunity.

All submissions are reviewed individually, and 360 Mizik reserves sole discretion regarding artist selection for events.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible services offered by 360 Mizik.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Lost, stolen, expired, or unauthorized gift cards may not be replaced.

Unused balances remain available until redeemed unless otherwise stated.

11. Website Content

All content appearing on this website—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, artwork, lesson materials, branding, and designs—is the property of 360 Mizik or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
