Our Team
The instructors here at 360 Mizik are multi-talented, working musicians who have been writing, performing and teaching for many years. Each offers a wealth of knowledge and experience in multiple areas of music/artist development and is committed to helping you find your voice on your instrument. Meet the instructors!
Noah Pierre
Founder - Guitar & Bass Guitar
Noah Pierre has been an active member of the music scene in Maryland since 2011, as both a teacher and performer. He holds a degree in jazz commercial performance from Towson University and has been teaching private lessons on both guitar and bass since 2012, including being a private instructor/band coach/ director of guitar studies at Lutherville Music School from 2020 to 2026.
He plays a wide range of styles including jazz, rock, soul, funk, r&b and hip hop. He leads two of his own bands, Noah Pierre Band and MUNK. In addition to writing, recording and performing his own music, he also has produced for and performed alongside a variety of artists on both guitar and bass, including Ron Holloway, Robert Randolph, Jarrod Lawson, Deborah Bond and others.
Ryan Watkins
Instructor - Voice, Guitar & Beginner Piano
Ryan Watkins is a Baltimore-based guitarist, vocalist, bandleader, and music educator with more than a decade of performing experience throughout Baltimore and the greater Maryland area.
A versatile musician, he performs across a wide range of styles, including jazz, blues, bluegrass, soul, pop, and rock. Ryan earned his degree in Music Education from Towson University, where he concentrated in jazz guitar studies and also studied voice. He is currently earning his Masters at Walden University. He performs regularly as both a freelance artist and the leader of several ensembles, including the Ryan Watkins Group, a modern jazz ensemble, and the Ryan Watkins String Band, a traditional bluegrass group. In addition to performing, Ryan serves as the choral director at Ridgely Middle School in Baltimore County, where he was honored with a nomination for the 2025-2026 BCPS Teacher of the Year Award.
Graham Furniss
Instructor - Drums & Bass
Graham Furniss is a bassist and drummer working in the DMV. Originally from Severna Park (Anne Arundel County), he grew up in a musical family and played cello in middle school and high school orchestra. At the age of 16, he started playing bass and drums and by 21 was gigging heavily in the Annapolis and Baltimore areas.
He now lives in Baltimore and gigs all over Maryland and beyond, and has a handful of private students. Graham also occasionally tours around the states supporting different original projects, and has played behind local original artists such as Daphne Eckman, Bartees Strange, and Noah Pierre. The studio is his favorite space to create, and he has played on over 60 tracks and counting in the past few years, with a range of genres like gospel, folk, americana, rock, reggae, country, and indie. Whether it’s on stage or in the studio, Graham prides himself on being a Swiss Army Knife of styles, seeking to serve every song to the best of his ability.

Noah Pierre founded 360 Mizik with a vision to create more than just a music school. He set out to build a place where aspiring musicians, experienced artists, and the local community could come together to learn, create, and perform. By combining high-quality music education with real-world performance opportunities, Noah has created an environment where students can build confidence, develop their skills, and discover a lifelong passion for music.
His commitment to fostering creativity, collaboration, and community continues to shape everything 360 Mizik stands for, making it a welcoming space where every musician has the opportunity to grow.
